Membership Terms & Conditions

NextBay Golf Lounge

Purchases

All memberships must be purchased in advance before making any online bookings. Following payment, please allow up to 24 hours for the activation of your membership. The exclusive member rate will apply only after the activation process is complete.

Please check your email for the “Membership Activation Confirmation” to confirm that your membership has been successfully activated.

Member Obligation

You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information when enrolling in a NextBay Golf Lounge membership. Failure to do so may render your membership and any related transactions invalid.

It is your ongoing responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide. If any membership-related information changes, you must promptly notify NextBay Golf Lounge.

Membership Benefits

Members enrolled in a NextBay Golf Lounge Membership are eligible for exclusive benefits as advertised at the time of purchase.

    Save on every session, every time you play.
  • Priority booking access
    Members can book up to 30 days in advance, while non-members are limited to 14 days.

Automatic Renewal

Memberships are automatically renewed annually unless the member provides at least two (2) weeks’ written notice of cancellation prior to the renewal date.

Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method on file at the then-current membership rate.

Membership and Use

NextBay Golf Lounge offers a fee-based membership program providing exclusive benefits to its members. Memberships and benefits are intended solely for the individual member and are non-transferable.

All bookings must be made online through the official NextBay Golf Lounge booking platform.

All bookings are subject to availability. Members are responsible for managing their bookings and time effectively. NextBay Golf Lounge reserves the right to modify membership benefits at its discretion, as permitted by law.

Membership Duration

Memberships are valid for one (1) year and commence on the day following receipt of the membership fee, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation Period (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with Ontario consumer protection regulations, members may cancel their membership within ten (10) days from the date NextBay Golf Lounge receives the membership fee (“Cooling-Off Period”).

Refund Policy

If a membership is cancelled within the Cooling-Off Period, the member is entitled to a refund of the membership fee, minus any services already rendered prior to the cancellation request.

After the Cooling-Off Period, all memberships are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Termination

NextBay Golf Lounge reserves the right to terminate a membership and its associated benefits at any time for violations of facility rules, safety policies, or these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of termination, no refund will be issued. Members are responsible for all activity conducted under their membership.

NextBay Golf Lounge also reserves the right to terminate a membership if an invalid billing method is provided, including but not limited to lost or stolen cards, closed accounts, exceeded credit limits, or incorrect account details.

Communications

By purchasing a membership, you authorize NextBay Golf Lounge to send communications electronically, including but not limited to:

  • Membership confirmations
  • Changes to benefits or fees
  • Updates to terms and conditions
  • Promotional offers

You are responsible for keeping your email address and billing information up to date. Notices sent via email or posted on the official NextBay Golf Lounge website constitute sufficient notice.

Release & Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that they have read and agree to all facility use rules and membership terms as published by NextBay Golf Lounge.

Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf-related activities, including play and practice. By participating, members release NextBay Golf Lounge from any liability arising from such activities and confirm they are physically able to participate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, NextBay Golf Lounge shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or system failures.

NextBay Golf Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property within the facility.

Members are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to their membership.

Changes and Modifications

NextBay Golf Lounge reserves the right to change, modify, limit, or discontinue memberships, benefits, fees, eligibility requirements, or these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, in accordance with applicable law.

Updated Terms will be posted on the official website with the revised effective date. Members are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
