Booking Related
Please book directly through online booking.
If you would like to change/reschedule your booking, Please send a request to our email (nextbaygolflounge@gmail.com). This must be done at least 24 hours before your start time. No cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24hrs notice prior to your booking start time.

Please provide the following when requesting: Booking date, time, location, bay number, and full name.All bookings are final and we offer rain check, no refunds.
In order to extend your session and stay longer, you can reserve the time slot following your current booking to extend your stay, as long as it is available and not occupied by others.
However if it has been occupied or booked by others, you are not able to extend at the same bay. Please check other bays availability.
An email will be sent to you with access instructions after booking and will include a link to a unique access key. The access key can be used at the main entrance upon arrival.
2-3 players, including spectators, are allowed per open bay and 4-6 players are allowed per private bay. If you are interested in renting out all of the bays for a specific function, please inquire at our email (nextbaygolflounge@gmail.com)

During the Session
Projector, monitor and simulator will turn on/off according to your booking time. When it turns on, you can start your session.

Yes — you can enable or disable auto-putt in the system settings, based on your preference.
Make sure you have only 1 ball on the hitting mat. Check our ball position guide. If the problem persists, call our technical support team. 613-878-1660.

Our Rules
We currently do not offer club rental at the facility. Please bring your own clubs.
Light food and beverage is allowed. Alcohol is not permitted. Please make sure throw all garbages in the garbage bin and provide clean space for next player.
Pets are not allowed at all times due to safety issue.
Nextbay Golf provide golf balls on-site for players. However you are welcome to bring your own balls. When using your own balls, make sure that there are no markings on the ball and no colored ball is allowed.
If you find any damaged balls, please throw them in the garbage bin.
Please help us in maintaining a clean environment by checking the cleanliness of golf clubs.
Please wear clean indoor shoes (golf shoes or running shoes) inside the facility.
